Food vendor information

Thanks for becoming a part of Cap City beer Fest! We are excited to work with you! Please provide info on the form below. Formal Food Vendor Agreement will be posted soon. Please provide 1-3 items for $5-$8 each. 

Logo: Please email two versions of your company logo (black & white and full color) to Dennise Reno in vector eps (preferred) or high resolution jpg format.

Deadline to appear on poster, postcards and program: OCTOBER 16, 2017.

Cap City Beer Fest 2017 is organized by Companion Animal Alliance (501c3), additional tax donation information can be obtained by emailing your request to Gwen Palagi.

Please submit  SIGNED VENDOR AGREEMENT and mail payment plus proof of insurance outlined in agreement to:
