Q: How do tickets work?
A: Cap City Beer Fest beer samplings are with a ticket and bracelet only. Tickets include beer samples, soft drinks and water. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the event. The event is free to enter. Please check in at the check in points to show your I.D. and receive your tasting bracelet. Donations are welcome to help even more animals!

Q: What is the music schedule for the event?
A: This year we are partnering with the Arts Council’s Sunday in the Park Concert Series, live music by Dysfunktional Bone brass band will begin at 2:00pm.

Q: Will there be food?
A: Yes, we will have several local vendors featuring a variety of gourmet food options available for cash purchase. 

Q: What about parking?
A: Parking will be available on the street downtown and in the public garages. We do suggest using cabs, Uber, Lyft, carpooling and biking to the event.  

Q: How do you monitor underage drinking?
A: To sample beers, you will need to have your ID scanned at the check points and receive a wristband. Only Cap City Beer Fest attendees with wristbands may consume alcohol.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Of course! But no aggressive dogs allowed. All dogs must be on leash, and please make sure they have a safe way home.

Q: Is the event family friendly?
A: Yes, we have food and non-alcoholic drinks available.

Q: Can I bring in folding chairs or blankets?
A: Yes, there will be live music, make yourself comfortable!

Q: What if it rains?
