Vendor

We are excited to offer a limited number of vendor opportunities for this year’s event! Please see the restrictions below:

• Vendor’s participation must be approved by CAA
  
  
  • Vendor applications are subject to review
    
    
  • Vendor’s purpose should be relevant to CAA or CCBF (e.g., pet supplies, beer/wine/spirits/coffee, etc.)
    
    
• Retail Vendors: $500 booth fee
  
  
• Food Vendors: Agreed upon percentage of profits earned at the event donated
  
  
• Solicitation at the event should be limited to the vendor’s assigned space
  Sector exclusivity is ideal but not guaranteed
  
  
• Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
  
  
  • Any sector overlap will be disclosed
    
    
• All vendors are expected to promote their attendance prior to the event
  
  
• All vendors committed by October 15 will have their brand name or logo on the 2025 Vendor page and promoted on social media
